Why should I stage my home?

It’s so simple!

  • Look better than other homes on the market

  • Spend 73% less time on the market

  • Often sells for more money

  • Look better in print and Internet ads

  • Receive more foot traffic

  • End up on a buyer's "must see" list

  • Viewed by buyers as "well maintained"

  • “Move-in” ready

  • Less reasons for buyers to ask for concessions

  • Professionally staged listings "STAND-OUT" in prospective buyers' minds.

Should I stage a lower price-point home?

The benefits of staging is for all price points.

The statistics show that a staged home sells quicker and for more money, regardless of the price of the home.

What if my home has some furniture? Should I still stage?

We are here to transform every home.

About 25% of our stages are homes that have some furniture and/or accessories. Our goal is always to make your house feel like home. We can customize a staging just for you.

Isn’t staging too expensive?

not at all!

We are able to tailor each project to the homeowner’s specific budget and needs. Sometimes a partial staging is all that’s needed.

How long does my home stay staged?

Until it sells!

A typical staging contract is 60 days or the close of escrow. At Majestic, 94% of the homes we stage sell within the first 60 days, with an average of 17 days on the market.

Should I stage every room in my house?

Not typically.

Each home is different. We do complete home stagings, including patio areas. We do partial stagings that only include the front rooms. But our standard staging includes the living room, family room, dining room, and master bedroom and bathroom. Sometimes, the space is unique or awkward and I recommend staging it. That way potential buyers can visualize how the space can be used.
